Welcome to Amped Up Meals ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using ampedupmeals.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Weekly Menus

Menus are published weekly. Orders must be placed before the posted deadline. Once the deadline passes, the menu closes and orders can no longer be added or modified.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on the menu page and may change between menus. Payment is collected at checkout. Delivery fees, when applicable, are calculated by distance.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is in Frisco, TX on Sunday at a posted window. Delivery is available Monday within 50 miles of Frisco at $0.50 per mile. You are responsible for being available at the agreed time and location.

4. Food Safety

Meals are prepared in a home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Law where applicable. Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receipt. Reheat to a safe internal temperature before eating. Meals are best within 4 days of refrigeration.

5. Allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, nuts, and shellfish. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a serious allergy, please do not order without first contacting us.

6. Account & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the Site. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or repeated chargebacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped Up Meals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our meals.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
