Refunds & Cancellations

Because every meal is made fresh to order, our refund policy is tailored to perishable, made-to-order food.

Cancellations

  • Before the weekly order deadline: full refund or store credit, your choice.
  • After the order deadline: ingredients have been purchased and prep has begun, so cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Quality Issues

If something is wrong with your order (missing item, damaged container, quality concern), email us at ampedupmeals@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo and a short description. We'll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.

Missed Pickup or Delivery

If you miss your pickup window or aren't available for delivery, we'll try to reach you once. Meals not picked up by end of day cannot be refunded for food-safety reasons.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
